IRCTC PNR Enquiry
IRCTC is a part of Indian Railway (Govt. of India). Very few of us know that IRCTC stands for IRCTC Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation. PNR Enquiry is important when ticket is not confirmed or under waiting list.
While booking ticket via IRCTC official websites you have to make sure that all details are submitted correctly including Name, Age, Gender and other details since these details will verified while traveling. Now there would be 3 options while booking the tickets:
1) Confirmed Ticket
2) Under Waiting List
3) RAC (Reserve Against Cancellation)
If your ticket comes under above 2nd and 3rd point then you will have to keep track of your PNR status. There are 3 ways to track IRCTC PNR status:
